I had a race over the weekend and it pored the entire drive there. I hate running in the rain and was not looking forward to it but I thought about it and just knew I had to do it. I prayed asking God that it might let up a little.
Here we are at the start/finish line. God answered prayer and at the start of the race the rain stopped.
We got back in the car to head home and hit rain again. It was raining so hard people were pulled over on the side of the road. So glad it stopped for the race. Also it was 49 degrees.
This is a terrible shot because my phone was in a ziplock baggie but we had to run through this underpass and there was about 3-4 inches of water that had flooded it. I ran on that little curb to avoid getting my feet soaked.
I treated myself to a Ritter Sport candy bar after the race. If you have never had one of these go get one. I love their candy bars so much I went to the factory while I was in Germany!
Meg selected this sweat shirt all by herself and asked Pascal to order it for her. It cracked me up!
Love this book!
I scored this amazing spiral graph kit at a thrift store with all the parts! I knew Meg would love this. Was marked $8.00 but was on sale for $6.00!
and that's a wrap! We are all ready for school to be over! Students are tired, custodial staff, teachers, cafeteria workers and headmaster are pooped.
