From the Lord

I have been asking the Lord for a word from Him about my dear brother Daniel. I went to Bible Study three days after arriving back from the states and the song below was the first song we sung. I felt God speak so clearly to me through this song. This song was my word from the Lord, I hope it will also speak to you.

Homework can be funny!

Owen has 12 spelling words each week.  He has to write them twice and then use each one in a sentence.  WHEW.....it's alot of work I'm tellin ya!  The other night he wanted to write his sentences by HIMSELF and then have me check them well.....Take a look at the sentence using the word WET.    Funny how ONE letter can make a BIG difference.   boobs, boots... it all sounds the same right?

Meg's Birthday

Meg got to celebrate her Birthday twice this year!  We had an early party back with friends and family in NC and then celebrated it again today, her real birthday.  She LOVES all her Hello Kitty items.  Here she is sportin her hat and mittens from Dan and Wendy.

Coming back to the US

 

 These pictures are very small but when we arrived in Baltimore there was a big group of people welcoming back all military families.  We felted so blessed to be a part of this.  These are some pictures they took of us seeing each other for the first time in a year.   Sorry they are so small, tried to enlarge but they got blurry.  

 

 

This is the plane we flew back to Germany on and boy was it an experience!  We had to climb up two ladders to reach the passenger cabin and boy was is a cold ride home.  With earplugs in and blankets covering us up we snuggled up together and had a great ride home.
