Yosemite
We headed off to visit the beautiful Yosemite National Park.

Owen carried our snacks and water - he was amazing!
up, up and up we hiked
we had some tears... Meg and I hit a wall at mile 6... it was so hard. Meg was not the only one crying.... I was too.
We pushed on. Because of the season the waterfall was dry.
Post - hike picture. We were so tired! 13 miles when it was all said and done.
From the bottom to the top. Memories made and lessons learned. We talked as a family about how to get through something hard. Pray!! Call on resources, eat gumdrops, stop and rest, cry...sometimes you just have to let it out and trying not to cry - just plain hurts, swap shoes (Meg and I traded shoes to alleviate blisters), Pray some more, and enjoy the scenery.
