Reber Round-Up

Every Sunday we start the day with a family bike/run.  Meg rides and we run.
So beautiful!!
This pic was from last week and the weather was not as sunny

The Harbor Seals are sunning with their babies

Spring is all around us!

More art this week.  We did an old one but a good one.  Shaving cream art

so much fun and so beautiful!!

Meg and I decided to try something new and we are hooked!! These are called folded paper sun catchers.  We love them.

making  more of these this week!  Going to fill up one whole side of our door.

So I saw this container of bubble juice as a curb alert while I was out on an early morning run. I was so excited because Meg uses this stuff all the time. And it was full!  I still had several miles to go on my run so I thought I would just jog with it.  After a mile in I thought my arm was going to fall off!  I had to divert my run and drop this baby off.  whew!! what a work out!
When Meg starts to use her bubble wand it draws a crowd.  Kids come from all over the neighborhood!  She is thinking about bringing Pops of Joy back and trying to sell a few.
This little guy in the hat giggles and giggles when she makes them!
The driver of the trash truck in our neighborhood is the greatest... On Friday mornings I pass him when running and he always give me the biggest smile and thumbs up!  I always look forward to passing him!
Time for a haircut.  The barbers are closed here so it was time for me to attempt at giving Pascal a military haircut.  Notice there is not an "after" picture.  I cannot seem to figure out how to fade when doing a military cut.  It did not turn out so great.  He is the best sport and said he didn't care.  His face says it all!
Pancake time.  We decided to try the Trader Joe's brand.
Thumbs up!!

Leaving the neighborhood we saw this water line break. Our faces were pressed to the windows looking at it.  We thought it was pretty cool until we returned home and realized we had no water for the day! It became uncool very quickly.

Favorite song this week.
Reminding myself of these things because we are tired of things being cancelled and everything being closed.  They just extended our shelter in place for another month.   Owen would add that eating is not cancelled.  Hang in there friends!
