New Adventures in 2020

We headed down to the water for a weekend walk.  

We had a great time over Christmas.  We visited North Carolina and enjoyed some cousin time.

We have a tradition Mimi started to take a Nativity Scene picture.  Here is 2020's to add to the album.

 We had a big family night with food, games and lots of laughs.

Family is such a blessing and we soaked them up.  We never know when we will be able to get together again.  

We drove over to the sweet chapel where we got married.  I love how the door is never locked.

Back home I framed some little thrift store prints I picked up for $2.00.  I just love them and love that they are also of Scotland.

As we start a new year I am updating our "books we have read" chart.  

We read some really good books.  The kids and I LOVED the following books: The Outsiders, To Kill a Mockingbird and The Bronze Bow but we all agreed our favorite was Eye Can Write by Jonathan Bryan.  It touched our hearts and we all agreed Jonathan is a remarkable young man whom we came to love and admire.  A new year = new books!  

Hello 2020! We are excited to see what the Lord has in store for us!  We know he has big plans ahead.
