Week in Review

We wrapped up Swallows and Amazons last week. This book had lots of mixed reviews. Some people thought it was a bit slow and boring but I liked it! Such a good wholesome book! I just love the idea of kids taking off on their own little boat to camp on an island. On a whole we enjoyed it.
It was recently made into a movie and the kids really liked watching it. Meg actually liked the movie better than the book.
We decorated for Christmas. I love this little nativity scene because the stable was my "Grammy's" and the wooden animals, Baby Jesus and Wise Men were my "Nanna's".
