Laundry....the German way
Most Germans do not use dryers...Everything has to be hung to dry. So we bought the big dry rack and hang all of our laundry. This is a pair of Owen's boxers after I took them off the dry rack. They are so stiff they can stand alone! I was drying off Owen after he got out of the shower when he said, "Mom please stop it's rough!" So our laundry is a little rough these days but we are adapting to the German way!

From Laurent: are you guys using some kind of laundry softener? I have never seen such a piece of cardboard coming out of a washing machine... with or without dryer :o)
